Experimental Food Society.. gearing up…

Spending time on making some interesting new flavours. This is my favourite – Honey & Tahini. Velvety, sweet with a nutty, savoury edge.
I’ll be at London’s Brickhouse on the 25th September for the Experimental food society’s annual Specacular, alongside some amazing exhibitors showing off their incredible skills, and culinary weirdness! Exciting and scary. Mainly exciting……. looking forward to seeing Southern pals.
